 Graphite is mentioned in Healthcare Commission Report
The Healthcare Commission recently produced a report, in
conjuction with the Royal College of Psychiatrists, entitled 'The
National Audit of Violence' in which Graphite is mentioned as a tool
for analysis of incidents and for risk behaviour assessment.
